General Manager, Operations

Milestone Bath™ Products is a fast-growing manufacturer of premium bath remodel solutions, serving dealers and contractors across North America. We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Belleville facility to help drive our next phase of growth.

What will you do?

Operational Leadership

• Oversee production planning and scheduling in a light manufacturing environment to ensure efficient output and timely delivery
• Manage inventory, materials, and purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels
• Lead facility operations, including organization, workflow, and overall efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Provide leadership across warehouse, production, and customer service teams
• Support and guide team leads to improve performance, communication, and accountability
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and team development alongside senior leadership
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and results-driven work environment

Process Improvement & Growth

• Identify and implement process improvements across operations and customer service
• Help develop better systems, tools, and workflows to support scale
• Partner with senior leadership on operational strategy and business priorities
• Take initiative on projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance

Marketing & Dealer Engagement (Support + Accountability)

• Provide oversight and leadership on core marketing and dealer engagement initiatives
• Help improve dealer onboarding, communication, and overall customer experience
• Support development of sales and marketing tools, resources, and processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships and drive growth

• Experience in operations or a light manufacturing environment is preferred
• Background in a small to mid-sized business is an asset
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in process and production improvement is beneficial
• Prior leadership experience required

What do we offer?

• Base Salary: The annual base salary for this position starts at $85,000 and is commensurate with the individual's education, experience and demonstrated expertise.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20% based on business performance
• Location: Belleville, ON (primarily on-site)
• Some flexibility for remote work (up to ~25%)
• Occasional travel (tradeshows, customer visits, U.S. operations)
